We speak to Giulia Minoia, our senior researcher in Afghanistan, about the work SLRC and the Afghanistan Research and Evaluation Unit (AREU) are doing in Afghanistan. The team is currently looking at village characteristics, such as access to roads and markets, local structures, and the impact of aid, in the hope that this information will help inform future NGO and donor programming in the country.
