AREU stands by the families of the journalists and all those who fell victim to the ferocious and barbaric attack on 30 April 2018 in Kabul and asks the Government of Afghanistan to announce a national day of mourning and erect a memorial with the names of those journalists who lost their lives yesterday engraved on it.
AREU also asks the Government of Afghanistan and the international community to support the victims’ families in any way possible, and leave no stone unturned to arrest and bring to justice those who were behind this senseless attack. |
