1-    On 2nd December, 2015, a team from AREU attended the Regional Seminar on Terrorism and Extremism, hosted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan (MoFA). On the request of MoFA, AREU presented on its paper about the political activism in Afghanistan high schools and the topic of radicalisation of high school students. AREU presented as part of a panel that was also attended by experts from the region. Representatives from the “Heart of Asia Region”, as well as experts, academics, Members of Parliament and civil society representatives were present at the discussions.The event was a good platform for AREU to broaden its reach and engage in a discussion with audience from the region.
