Adjudicating Election Complaints: Afghanistan and the Perils of Unconstitutionalism

On May 7, 2014, AREU held a round table discussion at the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands. The discussion was hosted by the H.E. Hans Peters and chaired by Michael Keating,former chair of AREU. Deputy Director Joyenda made opening remarks at the discussion. Professor Ghizaal Haress presented key issues and main findings of AREU’s recent research entitled “Adjudicating Election Complaints: Afghanistan and the Perils of Unconstitutionalism: A Case Study of the Special Election Tribunal”.
